How it works
Create a planner that fits your workflow from structure to visual design. Customize sections, and shape the layout to match your routine.
1. Schedule
Set the day and working hours, then build your daily timeline. Add text directly next to any time slot in the preview to plan tasks, meetings, or routines. You can also generate ideas using presets or import events and tasks from your Google calendar.
2. Content
Choose which blocks appear on the planner. Show or hide the to do list, sleep tracker, mood tracker, water intake, and notes. Adjust values like number of tasks, sleep hours, or water goals directly from the panel.
3. Design
Customize the visual style of your planner. Change accent colors, text colors, icons, dotted background, decorative elements, and block colors to match your layout.
4. Fonts
Select display and body fonts, then adjust sizes for schedule text, to do list, and notes to keep everything readable and balanced.
5. Edit in preview
Click any title to rename sections instantly. Type inside the schedule lines to add plans, select mood icons, and fill moons or glasses by hovering and clicking. The preview always reflects the final printable result.
6. Export
When finished, use the Print button to export your planner in the selected format and size.
